Power yoga interspersed with 60 second High Intensity Interval Training moves. Class focuses on safely burning the most calories possible in a 60 minute yoga class.
Gentle, relaxing practice utilizing props to support you and help with relaxation and rest.
Beginner Yoga sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for poses.
60 minute flow class with music for all levels. $5 class open to anyone.
