​60-75 minute fitness based yoga practice.  Classes utilize internal heat, stamina, strength, as well as flexibility.  Coordinates breath with movement.  
​55-60 minute flow class to fit into your lunch hour, before or
after work.  
​60 minute class great for beginners or seasoned practitioners.  Slower paced class working on breaking down poses and perfecting them.
​Power yoga interspersed with 60 second High Intensity Interval Training moves.  Class focuses on safely burning the most calories possible in a 60 minute yoga class. 
​Gentle, relaxing practice utilizing props to support you and help with relaxation and rest. 
Beginner Yoga sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for poses. 
​60 minute flow class with music for all levels.  $5 class open to anyone.  
​60 minute pose based class focusing on breath and holding of asanas (poses).
