We offer classes 7 days a week to meet your busy schedule. We welcome you to try any of our classes but if you're new to yoga, we encourage you to try out Fundamentals of Yoga as a starting place.
power flow75 minute fitness based yoga practice. Classes utilize internal heat, stamina, strength, as well as flexibility. Coordinates breath with movement.

Power hour55-60 minute flow class to fit into your lunch hour, before or after work.

Fundamentals of Power60 minute class great for beginners or seasoned practitioners. Slower paced class working on breaking down poses and perfecting them.
